The property is located on a large lot, approximately 2 acres, this is half wooded and half clear land. i have a parking rock driveway, If you have animals, they are welcome too. i do not have sewer hookup but will allow you to use water. This property is 20 min from uptown charlotte, 10 min from UNCC, 10 min Northlake Mall, 15 min from Concord Mills Mall. 37 min to Lake Normal, 20 from the Airport, 77, 85, 485, about 10 each way from parking spot. Restaurants nearby is about .7 miles.The lot is located behind my Airbnb house, large spacious lots with lots of room for parking any type of camper or vehicle. Large trees are on the property, parking beneath trees is not recommended because of falling branches.

Sugar Creek Corner

Good boondocking area

Lots of privacy and in a neighborhood with light traffic, so great if you don't want to be bothered but also if you don't want to be in a desolate area. Plenty of space for boondocking behind the airbnb. Slight incline but nothing a few leveling blocks didn't fix. Owner was very friendly and helped me find a spot to park at.
