Our property is a small hobby farm. The meadow you will be camping in was formed in 1994 when hurricane Fran came through and laid down several acres of hardwood trees. The fallen trees were harvested and the land was cleared and a pond was built and a blueberry patch was planted. Pitch your tent(s) in our private meadow with a small pond on our 21 acre property. You're welcome to fish and walk around the property. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the firepit and the beautiful starry nights. We have a very friendly farm dog named Luna that does roam the property and will likely visit you. Chapel Hill, Mebane, and Hillsborough are all short drives from your campsite. We cater to familes and small groups, NO PARTIES!Pitch your tent(s) in our private meadow with a small pond on our 21 acre property. You're welcome to fish and walk around the property. Perfect place for stargazing and host was extremely generous with firewood for a cold night. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful pond and view

Very peaceful with a great view. Phillip was helpful since we arrived late making sure we found our way to the site since it was already dark. Beautiful area and place to camp. Would definitely come back. The firewood he left for us was nice too.

Great family weekend

This was a great location, private site with a view of the pond. I went with my two sons and grandsons. The kids fished all day and loved the freedom of the open area. I used to outdoor shower and there was plenty of hot water. The flush toilet is a plus as well. We all felt that this site was the best one we have ever camped on. The dog Luna was an absolute sweetheart.
