Our property is a small hobby farm. The meadow you will be camping in was formed in 1994 when hurricane Fran came through and laid down several acres of hardwood trees. The fallen trees were harvested and the land was cleared and a pond was built and a blueberry patch was planted. Enjoy a peaceful evening by the firepit and the beautiful starry nights. We have two very friendly farm dogs that do roam the property and will likely visit you. Chapel Hill, Mebane, and Hillsborough are all short drives from your campsite.Pitch your tent(s) in our private meadow with a small pond on our 21 acre property. Private meadow and pond

Our camping experience was phenomenal! We loved the private space to relax, play with our dog and enjoy a campfire. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the GrassCarp swim in the pond. Would recommend a sun shade for during the day, as there is not much shade from noon-sunset. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend to a friend!

Idyllic meadow

Incredible campground, amazing hospitality from the hosts, I can't recommend this one enough. The camp area is totally private, there is an idyllic little pond, a few rows of trellises, a some really nice hedgerows. The bathrooms are close by and very nice, it you were worrying, don't. The walk is a little ways but nothing too bad. You won't regret staying here

Bring a fishing pole!

We loved tent camping here! No traffic noise, beautiful views, and the pond is great! The kids got to each catch their first fish, they were pulling them out faster than I could re-worm them. We will be back when it is a bit warmer!

A Wonderful Time at the Meadow

Phillip's meadow is beautiful and very peaceful. And the use of the screened-in porch, indoor bathroom, outdoor shower and use of a refrigerator makes out door camping so much easier! It was such a pleasure to be there and listen in my tent to nature's creatures at night under the stars! I can't recommend it more!
