Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Completely remodeled January of 2022. Our cabin sits on 20 acres with beautiful mountain views. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only 30 minutes to Asheville, and close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, rafting, waterfalls, and much, much more! Enjoy getting away as a couple, or with the kids. Just steps away from our game room with pool, ping pong, foos ball, air hockey, darts, and exercise room. Come pet the animals! This 1 room cabin includes 1 King bed, pullout queen sofa, large comfy chair, dining table for 4, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, grill, picnic table, fire pit, cooking essentials, towels, and linens. This cabin is next to a bathhouse. There is a mens and womens restroom. Both restrooms are equipped with 6 showers, 4 stalls, and 8 sinks. You will have complete access to restrooms and showers. You will also have access to the gameroom and exercise room. Across from the cabin is a large pasture and our animals.

Jinzie Overlook Bathhouse available
Incredible, MUST visit!
Incredible. It was one of the most professional hip-camps Ive visited. The host is incredibly kind, friendly, and personable. The restrooms were fantastic, similar to a State Park, incredibly clean, multiple shower and bathroom stalls for both Female and Males. The farm animals are adorable, and if you were worried about any “smell” there is none! We camped right next to the animal fence, and it was incredible enjoying a fire next to some Moo’s! Definitely staying again!

Sunset Valley Bathhouse Available!
The tent camping was fabulous and the hospitality was even better. They even cut the electric fence off so our 4 year old could pet the animals. We will definitely be back.

Charming Cabin, Cabin 3
Absolutely loved the quaint charm of The Charming Cabin. Our children enjoyed the animals and we enjoyed the feel of being “in the middle of nowhere” (even though it was close by to everything we needed). Shannon and Ray were phenomenal hosts and everything was very clean. We loved the attached deck for morning coffee and made use of the grill every night. The views were amazing and the peacefulness was unbeatable. There were several things to do around the area, but we also enjoyed being at the cabin just feeding the cows! Definitely would recommend to anyone and will be staying again!

The Barn
The magical place⛺️
This place is magical❤️ Ray & Shannon super helpful and friendly. They stop by to make sure everything was ok. We stay at the Barn and it was so relaxing just hanging by the pond with the ducks 🦆 or feeding the donkeys 🫏 everything was a great experience. Super clean and cozy. Definitely a place to unwind.

Sunset Valley Bathhouse Available!
Great camping spot!
The space was nice and secluded. The kids really enjoyed the game room after a long day of hiking. The plentiful firewood was nice too. You may want ear plugs for the noisy bugs and the cows that like to munch right next to the tent at night.
