Family Friendly Creek side Cabin

It was a beautiful place and was so peaceful! The tiny house was very cute and cozy and well stocked with many kitchen things! I was also happy with how close the bathroom was!

Lower Creekside Campsite

Would go again

The camp host was very flexible in helping and was hands off besides introductions. The plug ins were not available at the upper creek site but shaded and the lower creek site was in the sun during certain times of the day but had plugs and a water stream made very accessible. The bathrooms were kept clean aswell as the sink and the shower was very relaxing. Overall would go again!

Riverside RV Hookup

We enjoyed our brief stay. We were at the campsite so this is not a review of the new cabins.Arrived in a pop-up campervan in hot weather and found soaking in the cool, shallow creek as welcoming as the host family. The new washroom is clean. The camping is not really oriented towards those with large RV's expecting a KOA. Watched fireflies at dusk and guineafowl feed in the morning.

Family Friendly Creek side Cabin

Wonderful cabin with amenities. The cabin was fully stocked with high end olive oil, spices, coffee press and coffee, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. The outdoor sink and shower were very clean and again, fully stocked. The location was great. We hope to be back!

Epic Upper River Valley View

We loved our stay here. It was our first camping trip with our daughter and being immersed in nature yet having a shower/bathroom really made it the perfect stay. She loved seeing the chickens on the property and our favorite part was the gorgeous creek to swim in after a hike. Jon cleared our camping area for our tent and provided some fire wood as well as a tiki torch. He was friendly and offered perfect directions to find where we were going. This spot is so close to the blue ridge parkway and so many good hiking spots. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Couples Creekside Cabin

We loved staying at Jon’s property. It was so peaceful, and the cabin was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We can’t wait to come back!
