Learn more about this land: Enjoy a quiet stay in the mountains of WNC by staying at one of our secluded forest campsites. Thank you for checking out our property! Our names are Clayton and Tiffany, we own Indian Creek Rentals, llc. We have a couple vacation homes also on property as well as a mini farm. We do have approx. 2 miles of hiking trails that you can enjoy straight from Camp. We now have two campsites available to guests with a shared bathhouse & Wifi. - Site 1: Mountain Shine Camp Trailer is a unique converted horse trailer set up with a queen bed and fully stocked. Still enough privacy but not far from site 2. - Site 2 : Mountain View Site has a hot tub as well as a covered shed to stay dry. - Site 3 is a completely primitive site in the woods, equipped with a picnic table and firepit. - Site 1 & 2 booked together makes for a good group camping trip, could accommodate an additional RV for an extra charge if needed. Sites are pack in/pack out, no dumpster on property. Happy Camping!

Our favorite Hipcamp!!
Our favorite Hipcamp so far!! This made our 8th Hipcamp and it had the best of everything!! The hot tub definitely made it extra amazing but it was a lovely site, the covered carport was a great convenience, amazing view, and location was only a few minutes to waterfalls, restaurants…all the great things that brought us to the area. The hosts gave great communication before arrival with detailed directions, and even sent a message the night we stayed offering to let us stay later the next morning because the weather was supposed to be icy. Highly recommend this place!! You won’t be disappointed

'Mountain Shine' camper
A super cozy camping experience.
The repurposed horse trailer is truly a unique and wonderful experience. It has absolutely everything you need and cozy is the best way I can describe it. The bed is soft and warm, the heater is perfect and adds to the ambience, even the string lights outside just add the perfect glow to the space. You almost feel like you have an entire mountain to yourself when you stay here and the best touch is the bath house. A nice warm shower at the end of the day makes this experience something you won't forget. I was super impressed and I admire the craftsmanship that went in to creating this unique little trailer. You won't be disappointed.

We loved this site! The shelter was perfect because it rained one night. We visited tons of waterfalls near by. The power and water features were so convenient. The hot tub and view were the icing on the cake! We would definitely stay again!

Mountain View Camp & Hot Tub
Perfect stay!
What an absolute gem! We had such a relaxing time (which we really needed after the disaster situation in Asheville). The hot tub was perfect for cool fall evenings and mornings. Beautiful location, super quiet, a great set up with a picnic table, covered tent area, water, nice Edison bulb string lights for evening, a spot to cook, and a well maintained fire pit. We loved our stay. It is also very convenient to hiking and paddling areas. Tiffany & Clayton were kind and responsive, with good, clear communication. We will definitely be back!

This tent spot was great! The camp site was private, and directions getting there were clear. 10 outta 10 would recommend!
