Our camp is the shared vision of Brian and Lee and son Michael. We fell in love with this beautiful property where we plan to build our eco-friendly, off-grid homestead and farm. Lee's favorite song and the inspiration behind our name is "Puff the Magic Dragon" by Peter, Paul and Mary. A land of whimsical imagination, beauty and maybe a dragon or three is our shared vision for the farm. The camping options are flexible, ranging from prepared campsites along both Little and Deep creeks with composting outhouses nearby, to "Camper's Choice" options where you may hike in or drive in and create your own camping experience. Please note that since the "Camper's Choice" options allow freedom to select hike-in or drive-in options, the exact distance to nearest outhouse may vary. There are 144 acres to explore so campers can set up a secluded getaway or cluster together in a group. We are flexible and can work with you to create a camping experience that suits your needs. Learn more about this land: Honah Lee Farms has over 140 acres of woods with open fields distributed throughout. We are bordered to the south by the Flat River, to the west by Deep Creek, and to the north by Little Creek. Most of our campsites are nestled in the trees along one of these bodies of water and all campers have access to the 10 foot waterfall area where Deep Creek runs into the Flat River.

This was a very cool site. My two young sons and I were able to enjoy its proximity to the small little waterfalls and fishin’ hole. It was spacious and well shaded. I can see why it’s so popular. Mike was an incredible welcoming and gracious host. He never seemed too busy to help answer any questions or offer suggestions of places to explore on the vast property. He even went as far as to bring us down some hot dog chunks for our fishing bait until we could run back into town for worms. Thanks again, Mike. We had a blast and will be back.

Lower Deep Creek
Perfect little getaway in nature!
Second time at Honah Lee Farms! First time I came with someone, this time I did it solo (brought my dogs both times)! I feel super comfortable here, it’s the perfect little getaway. Lots of land for walking and perfect if you’re looking somewhere to bring your animals. Mike is great, he’s always super friendly and easy to get in touch with if you need anything. 10/10 recommend!

One of if not the best around
Beautiful property with the feeling of seclusion and peace anywhere you go. Owners are super friendly and can show you some of the most beautiful places that tickle your outdoors fancy. Fishing, foraging, plants, wildlife, or whatever this place has it all.

Absolutely gorgeous place, well layed out, crispy clean campsite with little extras like a field desk already set up so you have a table. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about the property, and seemed genuinely excited to share this awesome place with us. Bathroom facilities were clean and spider free. Firewood was definitely worth it, and was delivered right to our campsite. Definitely will return when we are in the area again!
