Great stay
We had an amazing time camping here. Clean and cozy camp spots, peaceful walking trail, beautiful scenery. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves the nights that we stayed. Hosts were great and kept in contact if we needed anything.

Great weekend at Green Acres!
Returned to Green Acres for another shoulder season beach trip. Connie is constantly making upgrades and placing little welcoming touches at each campsite. There is now a sweet little trail through the surrounding woods! As always the campsites are well equipped with fire pits, grills and picnic tables. If you come in at night, the thoughtful addition of marker lights at each campsite is so lovely. Highly recommend if you need a relaxing beach trip!

If you are traveling alone and want a site that feels safe, I recommend staying here! I was staying in the middle of the week so I was the only camper (at least as far as I could tell), and the ground is spacious enough to feel private and offer trails and wooded areas, build a camp fire and cook, etc - but close enough to a neighborhood where you feel protected. Connie was an excellent host - I just communicated with her through text to let her know I arrived, but she was super helpful when I needed to change my plans last minute the second day. I enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s sleep (which is rare for me) and I am will definitely come back next time I come to OIB!
