Coweeta Creek Campground has water, electric, and septic on Sites 1 and 2 as well as a firepit and picnic table. The bathouse allows for hot showers and flushing toilets. Each site is gravel, shaded, and sits along the peaceful Coweeta Creek. The campground property has a large field for games (kickball, soccer, volleyball), as well as a flat 1/4 mile loop which you can view our mini homestead farm. We have chickens, bees, vegetable gardens, and a small fruit orchard. The campground is somewhat secluded (some neighbors across the creek), but only 15 minutes from Franklin, NC and 15 minutes from Clayton, GA with plenty of shopping/restaurants. Once you are at the campground you won't want to leave the beauty of the creek! Strong Wifi is available at all sites. Network password will be provided before arrival. Property History: Coweeta Creek Campground WAS a 20 site, thriving, family/church oriented campground from the 1970's that was later sold, then neglected. My family recently purchased the property and have only 2 sites RV pads and additional camping sites for a more family friendly, intimate setting. *Please send us a message if you are interested in renting out the entire property for family reunions, birthdays, or other events. There is potential for 10 sites with water/electricity along the creek, but we don't advertise it!

Creekside- RV Site 2
We had a wonderful time. Melissa was very helpful when we realized we had the incorrect 30amp plug. Fast as a whistle, Melissa had a spare 30 amp converter and we were in business. Very peaceful location with a stream running next to our campsite. Will stay here again in the near future.

We all loved staying here, one of my favorite camp sites to date. It was so peaceful, we loved watching the stars each night. Close access to trails was a huge plus.

We loved tent camping there. The sites are beside the creek which was very relaxing to hear the water noise at night and during the day. It was clean. The restroom and showers were in great shape. On-site wood (donation box). She sells eggs and honey too!

Great Stay
What a wonderful site! First off we were greeted by the host. This really made us feel welcome and meant a lot to us. The site was very clean and beautiful. We also had plenty of room. We we next to a beautiful creek which we had access to go play with our dog. The bath facilities were very nice as well. We liked the stay so much that we are planning future trips around this site!

Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway
We loved our time on Site 1 at Coweeta Creek Campground. It was so peaceful and relaxing beside the creek. Having firewood available for a donation was so convenient and much appreciated. Star gazing was magical. The mountains are behind the site and the creek is in front. Internet worked great. Convenient to Clayton, Franklin, Dillsboro, and Sylva. We will definitely come stay again.
