We offer primitive camping amenities for RV and Overlanding enthusiasts. We have 20 acres with water frontage along The Neuse river near Smithfield North Carolina. Natural setting with privacy as well as pond trails and some of the most undiscovered wilderness areas in eastern North Carolina. Nightly daily and weekly rates available.

Stoney Fjord "High Banks"
Fantastic campsite right on the Neuse river. Very secluded and I didn’t see another person my whole stay. The water was quite high and there was a spot that I had to drive my sedan through a few inches of moving water, which went just fine but if you have a SUV definitely bring it if the Neuse is high. Jody was an exceptional host and helped me in and out of the site. Will certainly be staying again.

Stoney Fjord "High Banks"
Camping with my small kids.
Took my two daughters camping here during the last few days of summer. Site was very secluded which was perfect for us. Resting right up against the Neuse river it was a great place for primitive camping. Jody was a great host. We will be returning.
