Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a gated year round solo RV site with full hook ups, firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash station, and trash service provided by your host in the nightly rate. ADDITIONALLY, you can enhance your stay by adding any of the FIVE EXTRA AMENITIES before checking out. Extras which are available for a one time fee are onsite which include a partially covered lighted outdoor shelter with a grill, bar sink, bar stools, and infrared heater above the couch to warm up on those chilly nights. This outdoor covered porch can be added to your stay in the extras sections if you so choose. The hot tub and outdoor shower are also available for rent for a one time charge under the extras section. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Rv'ing with a friend? No problem, you can add one additional RV to your booking. Our site can accommodate two large rigs. If these items are not needed then you can still use the site only at the nightly price. Enjoy local area mountain hikes, biking trails, and go for a drive or hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway nearby. The solo RV site is private and tucked up into the mountain yet conveniently accessible to the main roads in our area. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site. Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

This was our first hip camp and we loved the place! We are full timers and were really excited to have the outdoor sitting area, hot tub and grill. Great communication with Nate and Stephani the entire time. We booked it because of the amenities, without knowing much about the location but found so much to do in the area as well. Highly recommend hiking at Chimney Rock and the Frying Pan Mountain Lookout Tower. Great breweries nearby (12 Bones South & Whistle Hop), and lots more in Asheville and Hendersonville. There is even a Sake brewery in Asheville (Ben's Tune Up) that was very fun. Hickory Nut Gap Farm has a nice selection of meat and is very close by. Hot tub is great after hiking or just hanging out. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for Asheville

This spot was a perfect “home base” for our Asheville trip. The hot tub was wonderful after a full day hiking at Chimney Rock State Park and a busy day of exploring downtown Asheville and the River Arts District. I loved the location of the fire-pit because the smoke never blew back in my face. My husband enjoyed grilling a steak on the grill. Nate and Stephani were very considerate and kept in contact during our stay to see if we needed anything.
