Relax and unwind in pure tranquility. Although this 10 acre ranch property is just 10 minutes from ASU and the Town of Boone, it faces north so you will feel like you are a million miles away. In addition to horses, there are deer, wild turkeys, wild roses, hummingbirds, etc. In July the Lightning Bugs make the Ranch and Mountain sparkle, and it is a Stargazer's delight all year long!!!
This property is an animal sanctuary. There is no hunting, trapping or fireworks allowed because of the horses, deer and other wildlife. The log Guest Cabin, which is a studio, has wifi, very high speed internet, a large kitchen, and full bath (shower/tub). Dogs are allowed (no breed restrictions), but must be leashed at all times when out of the Cabin because of the horses and wildlife.
There is a $65 pet, per stay, cleaning fee per reservation for up to two dogs. Please see House Rules below, as petting and feeding carrots to the horses is at your own risk. But they do Love carrots!!! Especially Blitzen, the blue eyed Miniature Horse, who greets everyone with a smile!!!!
