Hello we’re the Kark Family. We are 6th generational farmers on 400 acres in upstate NY. At this time we raise goats, chickens, and grandchildren. We have a working mill on the property as well. What we really have to offer is incredible views and wide open spaces. We are close enough to town, yet far enough to enjoy the country. We are centrally located to visit lots of interesting places. April the Giraffe's baby was born 7 minutes from us. Whether you're young or older there’s plenty to see and do. Whether your group is large or small we can accommodate you. We hope to see you soon! Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent on sites throughout our 400 acre farmland. Depending on the location of your site you will be able to either drive there or walk from the main address. We have a few sites in place, but if you find a location you prefer to set up camp we will accommodate you the best we can! Each site will have a picnic table and fire pit available. Port-a-potty, potable water and trash dumpster will be available at a walking or driving distance.Pitch your tent on sites throughout our 400 acre farmland. I loved staying on Patricia’s land, and she was so gracious on arrival and showed me where I could plug in to charge my batteries overnight. There’s also a super cute country ‘store’ with all kinds of treats available! Thank you!

Great stay
The views at this stay were only topped by the hospitality! Jon and Patti were so kind. They stopped by with some firewood just as it got chilly, and my son loved that it was delivered by tractor. Goodies in the sugar shack, a handful of farm animals, nice flat place to set up our roof top tent. We had a restful night and will be back if we come through again!!!

Camping and a Safari 15 min away.
It was so beautiful and serene ❤️❤️❤️. Ladies, I do recommend having a potty with you as the porta potty was at the front of the property but the true gem sites were around the bend a bit. The hostess was lovely and you have amazing firewood, she even gives you some fire starters. I will definitely go back. Side note, go to the Safari 15 minutes away, I have never laughed so hard all by myself in my life.

Lovely property, and Pattie was so kind and welcoming! Plenty of firewood, and they even checked in to make sure everything was okay. The Sugar Shack really stocks some great treats, don't miss it!

We have stayed here before and as previously, our stay was peaceful and beautiful. Patricia met us on arrival and took us to spot. Fire woods were provided upon request. We got there late and missed the sunset. Hoping to catch it on our next visit.

Nice camp sites with pretty views! Patricia brought us a bit of firewood and it was a very peaceful and quiet spot to enjoy our evening. We would definitely return!
