The camp setup was very accommodating! Beds were comfortable, cabins were spacious, and there were plenty of areas to relax, including chairs around the campfire, a large hammock and a generously-sized picnic table. Kayaks for the river were appreciated. The new bathroom was a treat! We had fun playing games around the campfire and making breakfast on the Blackstone. Some background noise from the highway was perceptible and the site is not totally in the wilderness, but neither of these things detracted from our enjoyment of the property. The stars shone brightly and we had a great time!

Camping by lake george
Practically off grid on the shroon river, nice “little village” they have there. Can sleep 4 comfortably. 20 minutes from downtown lake George. Good spot and would recommend.

We loved the spot! Perfect for a family of 4. River is beautiful, enjoyed kayaking, catching frogs and little fish with the kids. The cabins are beautiful and filled with many useful items. Sites well equiped !

Waterfront Twin Cabins
Staying at the cabins was the highlight of our visit to the southern Adirondacks area. Both cabins were very comfortable, and it was clear from all the attention to detail that the owners really care about the place. Amy was very attentive to getting us oriented to the site before we arrived. We enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit in the evening, as well as kayaking on the nearby river and just relaxing in the amazing hammock. Thanks for the great stay!
