This is a beautiful piece of property located in the heart of the Finger Lakes and Wine Country of NY. It features a stunning spring fed waterfall and nice forest land. Very close to town but also very secluded and private. Great place to unwind and relax from our everyday lives. It is situated however in a gully next to a creek and waterfall so it is susceptible to heavy rains. It is recommended to at least have an AWD vehicle if rainy. I can usually help campers with getting to the site in my side X side if you need to park up at the pasture. Please order enough wood initially as I have found I spend a lot of time delivering extra wood to campers. It seems as if you will typically go through 2 bundles per night on average. Also I supply a contractor size garbage bag to you if you choose garbage removal. It is also a good idea to text me when you have a solid ETA so I can be here to take you to the site. I want to mention that the two sites closest to the waterfall are a slight hike in and can only accommodate up to 4 person tents so if a bigger group or vehicle camping you will be placed at another site. Ken communicated so well and the location was beautiful and private. Very much appreciated the tiki torch and the fire pit, picnic table and chairs. I'll be looking for a chance to come back with friends!

Absolutely beautiful piece of land nestled into a slice of finger lakes paradise! Well managed land, spacious campsites on the creek and 2 amazing sites right on a gorgeous gorge and waterfall. Fellow campers were kind, respectful and quiet. A magical experience.

Wherever you end up on the property, you’re sure to enjoy the privacy and solitude afforded by the space, and Ken is incredibly responsive and kind too! Spots were groomed for our tents and a firepit, so, while being on the campsite felt as “rustic” as we’d hoped, we also had the comforts of a pre-levelled spot for our tent and two comfortable Adirondack chairs waiting for us to sit around the fire. The waterfall makes for the perfect, brisk shower and place to play, so much so that we’re already dreaming up our next visit!

This space was GORGEOUS! We camped right near the waterfall in a nice private area, and were lulled to sleep by the sound of the water. Ken came by to say hello and was super friendly. We loved bathing in the waterfall, which was so refreshing. (Also there was cell phone service)
