40 acres of vineyard and old growth woods near peaceful Peconic Bay. Nearby activities include local wine tasting, cycling, paddle boarding, swimming, hiking (Laurel Lake), tennis (Jean Cochran park at Peconic Lane), and kayaking. Closest provisions from Handy Pantry on Main Rd & New Suffolk Ave, and the Cutchogue Diner.Turkeys, owls, osprey, red-tailed hawks, fox, deer, groundhogs, raccoons, possom, and 5 min walk to vineyard tasting room. Access peconic bay from the bridge at end of driveway, drive/bike 5 minutes to New Suffolk Beach. Park in our gravel driveway and camp at driveway's edge or anywhere; woods and meadow all around. Fresh water and garbage bin available in driveway. Bring tick spray!
