Amazing location with panoramic views of the Vermont Green Mountain range, this property adjoins a public 9 hole golf course. Located on over 260 private and secluded acres, property also has a 2 acre pond for swimming, paddling or just relaxing. There are several miles of maintained hiking trails meandering throughout the forest, ranging from an easy walk, to hilly and somewhat challenging. Many varieties of tent locations or places to park an RV, pop up, or car. This is considered a "Primitive camp site". There is no shower, toilet or electric available at this time, but well water can be had from our residence, via a hose spigot on the side of our home. This is our 3rd year of hosting, and due to the overwhelming popularity of having an abundance of privacy, we will continue to be only hosting one party at a time. Which means you'll get the privilege of not having to share your surroundings with anyone else! Your own private camp ground! We are hoping this all works out and intend to continuously improve amenities, activities and overall experience. We are hoping to provide an exceptional value and experience that will bring back repeat campers, that we can trust and build a rapport. We are looking forward to meeting you! There will be a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, and a firepit on site, for your convenience. We are brand new to the idea of offering our property for campers, and will only be hosting just one family at a time, for now. True Oasis

Totally LOVED Vast Private Oasis. Evan and his partner created a true private haven with stunning views. They are an example of lovely hosts. Having the space for yorself is making this such a uniqe gem. 1000% recommend it.

The most beautiful view! We enjoyed walking the mowed paths in the meadows, hiking the trails through the woods, and playing on the pond with the provided toys . It was very peaceful and pristine 🏕️🔥

The perfect getaway

Incredible property, so serene and peaceful. Great for an active afternoon hiking their local trails or simply sitting and enjoying the stunning view. Not to mention we had AMAZING stars last night, very little light pollution made for fantastic viewing. They were welcoming of our pets as well! Worth every penny, Evan and his partner were absolutely lovely. Definitely stay here!!

This place is why HipCamp is great

This place is what is cool about Hip Camp. Getting to spend time in a place like this is one of those rare life experiences that will change everything forever. As the other reviews have said, it’s special. Sacred. Evan is an incredible host and super nice guy. His land is precious and it is an honor to have been able to share. The views, the solitude, the beauty, the pond (!!) the hammock, everything about it is next level. Hip Camp should use this place for Hip Camp commercials. Truly. If you can book some time here, do it, do it, do it! We can’t say enough about this place.

This was our first Hipcamp & it was an excellent experience! The view is incredible, and the wildlife viewing was great. I’ve never seen so many turkeys at once! Evan was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to book here again one day.

Vast private oasis

We loved Evan's land, quiet, plenty of space, great views and wildlife. Miles of trails to walk and a pond to play in. One of the top hipcamps we've been to. We will be returning.
