Tug Hill Sanctuary
A Sanctuary of beauty awaits!
This was not our original destination, but when our plans need to suddenly change, it was Doreen to the rescue! Even with limited cell reception we were able to "Instant Book" Doreen:s Tug Hill Sanctuary and she immediately responded to our inquiries. Not only did she help us find our way to the perfect landing spot, she also made great suggestions as to nearby attractions and seasonal opportunities. A+ hosting, thank you, Doreen!
Upon arrival we noticed her well-placed cell phone signal booster provided us with a solid Verizon signal so we could use our phones and our Internet hotspot.
Because the ground is still soft from a long winter and rainy spring, we opted to park our 21' self-contained camper in the large front driveway area. Plenty of room for our screen house, which helped keep the annoyance of flying insects to a minimum.
The singing of the Coydogs lulled us off to sleep and we woke to a gorgeous sunrise, sweetly chirping birds and the sweet smell of fragrant lilacs.
The Tug Hill Sanctuary lives up to it's name; safety and rest surrounded by peace and beauty! Recommended A++

Tug Hill Sanctuary
Quiet and nice view
We reserved a spot here so we had a place to camp out during the day of the solar eclipse. It was very quiet with a great view. We didn’t stay overnight but I imagine the stars on a clear night would be amazing!
Be prepared to be self sufficient. The neighbor stopped by to check on us to make sure we were all set. Besides that we were undisturbed.
Easy to find and close to a lot of hiking, etc. Can recommend!
