I bought this property in 2019 and use this secluded spot to read, reflect and camp.
I own a larger parcel nearby where I have a log cabin and meditation center.
Fresh water is available nearby from my well. The ponds, built by the DEC in the late 1940's, have wildlife (beavers, birds of all kinds
and even bald eagles and a heron) and ample fish (bass, pickerel, trout).
Peaceful and quiet, in dry weather you can drive to the camp with a pop up or four wheel drive car.
In wet weather, it is a few hundred yards down a safe slope to the pond. Plan to follow my guidelines about whether or not your vehicle can drive down.
