Step into a world of pure imagination... Welcome to The Record Room! Our property has a vast collection of vintage, classic, and current vinyl albums that play solely from solar power. Its audio system delivers the sound on the inside and out for a campfire mood that can't be beaten. Our Property is 16 acres with direct access to state land and the Monguap River with hundreds of acres of woods for you to explore. The river is close enough to be seen and heard from the cabin, but the adventure of getting there is half the fun! The Delaware River is only 2 miles from our location, and River rafting is a big business around here. A small artesian-fed creek runs right next to the cabin. It lends to the relaxing sounds of water with many quaint spots for you to dip your toes into, paired with a wood-fired tub that can only be explained by experience. Wildlife can be seen and heard all around you. Make sure you download a bird identifier app! A queen temper-pedic bed and super comfy overstuffed futon will assure a good night's slumber. The Record Room's covered outdoor kitchen is designed to extend the awesome vibes into every meal.. (I.E. Flat top grill, single burner and stainless grated grill all powered by propane, Cast iron frying pans, and utensils). Our outhouse is designed and maintained by the women of the family, and great pride is taken in making it a favorable experience. A small wood stove heats the Record Room on chilly mornings and nights. If you're looking for glamping, this is your place. We are always adding new features built from the sawmill operations of our homestead. We have a few spots available for your friend circle to pitch a tent and enjoy the experience with you. Feel free to reach out with any special requests; we enjoy a challenge! A basic convenience store can be located three miles to the right of our property with all your basic needs (including gas). For your grocery shopping, a small family-owned market can be found within 10 minutes up the road. If you're looking for activities, there are plenty of rafting/canoeing/kayaking companies for your enjoyment. Do you want to hike instead? We've got you covered. There are numerous trails, all in a hop, skip, and jump! We own and operate a sawmill on our property, and your purchase helps keep our wood shop running and cool stuff being built. This will supply you throughout your entire stay. You are more than welcome to gather your firewood from the forest, but let us take care of that dirty work. It is highly recommended for those wishing to utilize the hot tub experience. This pricing includes your entire stay. Or firewood is self-serve so will never be waiting and you will be supporting a local sawmill biz. yeah, you!

Perfect getaway cabin

This place is truly awesome. This cabin has everything you need for a restorative time away - cooking area with easy to use cooktop/grill/burners, plenty of seating for stargazing, gorgeous forest, and the record player with speakers inside and out was magical. We had an amazing time lounging, reading, making food, and our dog had a blast exploring the forest. Masen was on top of everything, we really appreciated that he cut and brought us some fresh firewood since we arrived after sundown before we could get our bearings on the land. He was also so great and helpful at replenishing our water when we asked. We will absolutely be back!

Such an amazing stay. Cabin is super comfortable, outdoor kitchen is great, wood fired hot tub takes awhile to heat up but is so unique and special. Look forward to getting back.

This place is truly amazing! The cozy cabin, wood fired hot tub, outdoor kitchen and surrounding forrest made for a peaceful and fun getaway from the city. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to recharge, relax and listening to a bunch of dope records!

Must stay location!!!

The Record Room was truly amazing. We liked it so much we had to stay another day! There are some great hiking spots in the area, easy and efficient kitchen setup outside, the outhouse is clean, they have a diverse and groovy record collection, the hot tub is hot lol! Can’t say enough good about the record room. We might stay again!

What a unique experience! It was lovely to spend my husband's birthday in this quiet and beautiful spot. The cabin was so cozy and we loved the records and the hot tub. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much!
