This private, breathtaking property is nestled directly on the Neversink River, located just one mile from Exit 109 off NY-17 (new I-86). Join us on 3 sprawling acres, and enjoy the serene beauty of the Neversink River. The property is ideal for anyone looking to escape to a secluded, quiet area, with everything from Bald Eagles, Deer, Rabbits, and other local wildlife. Fell free to step right into the shallow river, just footsteps from your tent, and enjoy some smores by the riverside firepit. The river typically doesn't exceed more than 3 feet of depth throughout the entire property (unless high rain totals). Relatively short drives to local attractions include the newly renovated Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park (1.2 miles), Resorts World Catskills Casino (2.6 miles), the Kartrite Indoor Water Park (2.9 miles), and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (18.4 mile), home to the 1969 Woodstock music festival. 2 gas stations, a liquor store and supermarket are also within 2 miles of the property, as well as local eateries. We recommend bringing inflatables and or kayaks to take advantage of the beautiful river. Guests can drop in a few miles up river, and float down to the campsite. Trip can take anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on current flow and or paddle strength. We hope to have you stay with us!The 3 acre camping area is manicured grass and wild forest, with walking paths throughout the property. The Isle is surrounded by water, with one access way for vehicles, and another for foot traffic. Natural local vegetation can be seen throughout the campsite. Expect beautiful views both up-river and down-river, with the spectacular American Bald Eagle and other local birds constantly soaring through the river basin. Campers can expect private areas of the island, great for sunbathing and or picnicking. The campsite was once a family run tree nursery, which supplied locals with trees, shrubs, and flowers sourced from all over the world, starting all the way back in the 1880's. The entire property (120+ acres) has been in the family since the 1790's, and remains to this day. Remnants still remain of the once successful business, but have been covered by years of overgrowth. Some trees have the remaining burlap sacks still around the root ball. Walking and biking is very popular along the river, as the entire road is located right alongside the water. Kayaking and rafting are ideal for the property. 2 Gas stations, a liquor store and supermarket are less than 2 miles away, with local eateries within the vicinity as well. Feel free to ask the host about local recommendations for food and entertainment.

We loved this campsite ! Blake is an amazing host !! Super responsive & quick & just a great person!! This is a hidden GEM ! The nature was amazing , the view of the river in the afternoons & mornings were just breathtaking. We are definitely going to be back very soon !!

What a Gem

Blake and this property were both terrific. It is exactly as described and then some. We had a fantastic time this weekend Enjoying the beautiful scenery, great fishing, kayaking. On top of this property, both being gorgeous and well situated. Our host Blake went above and beyond stopping down Saturday night after a long day of work To drop off some emergency firewood. But what Was even better is when He stick around after you offer him a drinking cigar to tell you some stories about this beautiful property. Thank you

Lovely and private, but not secluded. The river was so clear. My dog loved jumping in it all day long. It is slow moving and the deepest was below my knees. Pretty level area to set up a trailer. I ordered wood, it was good sizes and dry. The loop around the property was about 1/4 mile with some dead ends and pass through in the middle and edges. There was occasional traffic noise, but after dinner it was pretty quiet. Lots of food choices and shopping close by if you need supplies.
