The cozy camper is cleaned and sanitized after each guest. It has a bedroom, kitchen, small bathroom, living room with TV/wifi, we have updated the inside. bedroom has queen size bed, the living room area has a comfortable couch that turns into a queen size bed as well. Blankets, pillows, towels, linens, snacks etc. The bathroom has shower, sink, toilet. There is a small stove, toaster oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Pots/pans utensils and dishes, Coffee pot, Soap and towels blankets pillows and all bedding you need. wifi and TV to use with netflix/hulu/news and more. Your privacy is always respected at the cozy camper and noone bothers you, but we are always available if you have any questions or concerns. We have security cameras located outdoors for the safety of our guests and property. If you click the pictures on the listing you can enlarge them to get a better view of the camper. Please be advised before booking that we do not give refunds if you cut your stay short or arrive at a later date. This is not a place for gatherings. Please keep in mind that you must turn off Heater and AC when not in camper, as it is a camper and not a house. No pets please as we are highly allergic to dogs, cats and other animals. If we are booked for the dates you need please check out our other listings to see if we have available dates at another property.
