2.97 of country Acres Property is adjacent to NYC DEP land which offers hiking on over 100 acres. Property also has a stream and also NYC Rondout reservoir is five minutes away. Plenty of fishing options at the reservoir. Very nice secluded Road I often won’t see a vehicle for several hours so it’s very quiet and peaceful.Welcome to the Sweet Spot a location located on a secluded Road on 2.97 Acres of land, property has a stream and is moderately wooded. You are welcome to pitch a tent anywhere on the property there is a dirt driveway on site where you can park your vehicles. If you need anything during your stay I am only 25 mins away and am available anytime.
