7 Extremely Private Sites ~ Outdoor Private Hot Shower, Flush Toilet, Sink Available Sweeping pastoral hillsides mixed with densely wooded private acres make our camp sites unique with each one offering a different experience. We have developed a network of trails to enjoy and offer swimming, catch release fishing, hiking, and biking is nearby at the Slate Valley Trails. Lots of places to picnic and enjoy the sunset. We have a farm stand, unlimited firewood, ice, and free flowing spring water for you to enjoy. Our bucolic farmland was originally for milking cows, it was leased at times for mining red slate when Granville was at its peak. Technology changed and the industry left us with beautiful abandoned quarry holes that have filled with natural spring water. Our farm currently offers firewood, bagged spring ice, spring water, and we operate a farm stand on the weekends seasonally selling our own pesticide produce and free range eggs and camp related supplies. We consider 1 night reservations on week days and for our repeat guests, Inquire. The Hops Site - RVs and Groups
The best camping trip ever!
My family and I highly recommend you stay here! Heather is so welcoming, and informative of the property. This was the best camping trip ever! We enjoyed the privacy and uniqueness of this spot. Heather has a farm stand with ice, eggs, jams and more. You can even get firewood delivered! The chairs, a picnic table, a huge firepit, and your very own outhouse on site are nice touches and super convenient! Breathtaking views all around including a neat slate quarry. We can't wait for our next camping trip here!

The Pines Site
The Pines site solo camping
This site was very private and pristine! Not a cigarette butt or even a peice of paper to be found anywhere on this land! Sooo nice to see respect of the property. I arrived late, just as it got dark, and Heather personally brought me to the site and had a roaring fire waiting for me! Wonderful hospitality! I solo camped this time, and felt extremely safe here. I walked the numerous trails and enjoyed the hidden gems all over the property. To finish off my stay, my car needed a jump start as I was packing up, and Paul was there in a second to help me out. Did not make me feel I was bothering him asking for help. Definitely stay again!! Thank you!

The Hops Site - RVs and Groups
BEST group site we've stayed at!
EASILY the best group camping site that I've been to, and only will get better with the plans Heather has for it! The Ridgeline site included a large covered fire pit with a chimney, Adirondack chairs, and a nice outhouse, plenty of flat ground for tents. Use of the quarry is incredible, walked some of the trails, and Heather has a farm stand by the road with tons of fresh produce, camping essentials, and ice! She's very flexible, great at communicating, and responsive.

The Oak Tree Site
BREATHTAKING!
There's no words to describe this experience besides incredible. First, the directions to get there were a breeze. As soon as you arrive you're greeted by this cute farm stand and, of course, Heather. Heather was above and beyond accommodating, SO kind, so friendly, and so generous. She led us up to our camp site (Oak Tree) and even put our wood in her truck to bring it up. When we arrived at the site, I was completely in awe. Of course you see pictures, but NOTHING compares to how beautiful the view and site is in person. You have a MASSIVE mowed and maintained area right under this beautiful oak tree. The porta potty is extremely well kept and, not kidding, it didn't even smell the slightest. You have a beautiful view of the mountains, rolling hills, and entire property. At night, if you're into star gazing, the night sky was INCREDIBLE! You could absolutely see the milky way and every star in the sky. We went to bed both nights to the sounds of crickets and nature all around us. There was absolutely no campers around us, we had complete privacy. We brought our 70 pound dog with us, and he had a BLAST zipping around the property and exploring all the sniffs and sounds. We explored the slate rock quarry and fished in the catch and release stocked pond (we caught over 20 bass!!) Seriously no words or pictures can describe the ambiance and calming feeling you have the second you step onto the property. If you're debating on booking, I promise you, you will not regret it!!
