Come Glamp on our 3 acre property in upstate Accord, NY 12404.
Ease yourself into the bucolic rural living in a 5M 4 Season Waterproof Yurt tent. Chill in your private Casbah.
Perfect for novice campers, single women/kids, or anyone who wants the experience of the great outdoors with the comfort of home - as well as knowing that you are secure/safe and taken care of - since the hosts are close by.
The tent is located at the back of the property, so you will be close to the house but you will be left in peace to do your own thing without anyone being in your face. Yet you are close enough to be accommodated when needed.
Accord is perfectly situated for many wonderful upstate attractions, restaurants & activities. Close to Woodstock, Rosendale, New Paltz, Stone Ridge. We will provide brochures in regards to local Farms, Swim Holes, Lakes, Antiques, Breweries, Bike Trails etc…

There is a portable sink and toilet out-house tent, BBQ area is by pool. We provide propane tank&grill, yoga mats/rolls and an outdoor rug provided. Fan/air cooler provided, Roku TV, wifi coffee/tea maker, igloo coolers for your beverages and food. Towels/sarongs king size bed or can be separated for 2 twin beds. We also have an extra adult size cot and couch can accommodate a child as well memory foam mattresses. Blankets&bedding provided, but we suggest bringing sleeping bags as well in case! We have a fire pit with 2 Adirondack chairs. You bring s'mores.
Nothing is child proof and you are dealing with a rural environment, so you will be asked to take liability and responsibility for you or your child’s actions, accidents of any sort. Sign no liability contract.Note that country living comes with weather disruptions in wifi and electricity. We do have a generator.Pets Ok - but you take full responsibility as well as putting them on a leash&crating if need be, as well as cleaning up after them. Any damage to property or tent will be billed to you and is your responsibility. Laundry is available in emergency only and $20/load
Your stay at the campsite will be relegated to certain designatedareas of the property. The main house and residential area of the proprietor, as well as the barn on property, is off limits.
We are readily available to assist you at any time - you just have to text or call us.
The camping areas will be around your tent as well as the pool area, where you can use the propane grill for BBQ’s, outdoor shower, and use of pool itself (when operational).
No hard illegal drugs or crazy loud parties. No nudists.
No smoking of any kind in the tent, but you can smoke anything you want outside.
Please follow instructions in the pool area. No running, jumping, pushing or diving in shallow water. May cause serious injury. Note warning sign.
Know how to use propane and grill - if don’t know please ask and we will show you. This goes with any questions you may have.
We have an organic garden in the pool area so please use organic bio degradable soap, if bringing your own, or use the Castile soap provided.
Please don’t litter and clean up after yourselves. We provide garbage cans and bags.
When you use the fire pit, please make sure the fire and ambers are put out before you retire for the night. We have a long hose in the pool area that will help you water it down, if needed.
We provide many necessities to make your Glamping an enjoyable experience, as a novice. If you are a more seasoned camper, you are more than welcome to bring extra supplies you may need after you review what we have - to make your stay more enjoyable. We advise you to bring sleeping bags, extra flashlights or battery lights just in case. Buy/bring your own ice. Water is readily available from a hose. We use our own well water for all, cooking, drinking, showers, coffee etc. Basically bring anything else you deem important to you personally, like toiletries.
Bring your own bug/animal repellents. We provide Citronella candle and citronella tikis.
We do have wildlife on our property (you may see them or not) like Deer, Rabbits, Garden snakes, Possums, Chipmunks, Squirrels, sometimes a Wild Turkey will make an appearance, and a vast array of Birds. Very rare black bear sightings - so please place your food in lid containers provided or bring your own. Usually the animals are very tame and don’t want a close run in with humans. DO NOT FEED.
