The property spans 4 acres of open fields with wooded hedgerow areas. It offers various open spaces for camping, along with flat areas suitable for tents or hammocks. A "she shed" is available, equipped with electricity, fresh cold water, a toilet, and a sink. Additionally, there's a flat area suitable for a small camper or pop-up. Two fire pits and a charcoal grill are provided, along with picnic tables.
You'll be treated to amazing views, with the possibility of spotting eagles flying up from the Chenango River to circle the fields for food, including juvenile eagles learning to fly.
Conveniently located just 3 miles from town, where you'll find an incredible farmers market, ice cream shop, restaurants, and entertainment options like music and arts and crafts. The area also offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing with a book while enjoying the breathtaking views. There are many areas to stay on mowed grass with access to the "She Shed" fire pit, and charcoal grill.
