Park your car in the driveway and you'll have a short 200ft walk to the trailer. 1 queen bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Bunk beds comfortably sleep 1 adult each, or 2 kids each. Couch converts to a bed for a small adult or child. Dinette converts to a bed for a small adult or child. The trailer is relative new and lightly used, clean, and runs on propane and solar-electric battery. The battery provides power to interior trailer lights and the water pump for sink, flushing toilet, and shower. The propane provides power for the refrigerator, hot water, and stove-top cooking. There is an additional outdoor propane grill for cooking outside by the pavillion. The 24x24 pavillion provides a roof over both the trailer and the picnic table, both for shade and cover from the rain, not to mention a beautiful view of the valley. Additional tents can be set up adjacent to the trailer, where an expansive 200ft x 40ft flat mowed lawn provides room for additional tent camping, frisbees, campfires, and enjoying the sunset over west side of the valley. This 23 acre property is being managed for native plant and wildlife habitat, so trails are mowed throughout to maintain access around the many trees that we have planted to regenerate the native biodiversity on the landscape and provide habitat for various forms of wildlife. We hope you will feel the peacefulness of the valley, and enjoy both the privacy on site and proximity to the Ithaca area.
