Outstanding.

Honestly, our arrival felt scripted and staged, in a really good way. 😆 After dodging numerous rabbits on the road in, we were greeted by 3 whitetail dear snacking in the field. Deer and rabbits were part of our mornings. The camping area is in a large field about 200 yards away from the winery on level ground, adjacent to a large forested area. At times you can hear the interstate but not an issue, very peaceful. The owner Abby came by upon our arrival to say hello and make sure everything was ok. We arrived too late night 1 so missed the outdoor play Romeo and Juliet. We did however fit in a quick wine tasting. The next morning while having my coffee a young buck stared me down not 20’ away. Walked the vineyard on top of the hill, viewed his many outdoor sculptures and spent the afternoon listening to live music sipping on his awesome Riesling. Thank you Abby for an outstanding stay! Hoping to join you at harvest to help pick the grapes.
