Ausable riverfront sites. Close proximity to hiking, kayaking, fishing, mt biking and lake placid. High peaks within a 5 minute drive. Please when you arrive, don’t go up Manning’s way!!! Neighbors are getting aggravated. We are across the street from Manning’s way on the river side of the road. Message me for physical addressCome enjoy the Adirondacks at your riverfront campsite. Private beach, sand and gravel. Portable restrooms available on site. 15 minutes to both lake placid and whiteface mountain. 10 minute drive to Mountain Bike trails. Endless local paddling opportunities, rock climbing and hiking.

Very Beautiful and Peaceful
Lovely tent stay by a running river, super peaceful and relatively private. You are somewhat near a rather popular roadway, but it's not much of a bother overnight. Besides that you feel relatively alone. Other campsites within ear shot but again, not much of a bother. Site is a bit small, so probably would only fit one large-ish tent or a couple smaller tents. Firewood is available which is nice. Overall nice stay, rather pricey for a tent site but I suppose that's sort of everywhere in the Adirondack park area.

Super easy to find the site, and beautiful lot alongside a riverbed. Close to Algonquin peak, so it made for a good spot to sleep before a long hike. Equally

Great campsite near the High Peaks
Great campsite right by the river and right by Keene and the High Peaks! This was exactly what we needed. The camp spot was flat, well shaded, and quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful campsite!
This site is amazing. Beautiful river views and very close to downtown Lake Placid and many great hiking trails. Jay was very kind and even helped us out when our vehicle got stuck. Highly recommend!
