I recently purchased this 20 Acer parcel of land It is mostly wooded with partial access to a pond .this is very raw land accessibility is best with a 4x4 with a rooftop or in bed camper roadways are not developed enough yet for anything big . I doe have a couple spots in the front where something mid size can go . I'm working almost daily opening up trails and roads . This is a good spot to get away from the city on a quick quiet trip .It will be a nice relaxing get away for RV'ers that like to get away from it all. yard games a large area for bon fire along with the pond cattarougus creek is not far away where you can go fishing or canoeing. farther down street is the popular zoar valley .there are horse back trails in the area as well as several stables .feel free to ask about camper rentals as well I currently have 2 available .right now the land is pretty raw so it's more suited for smaller 4x4 vehicles.
