Centrally located from scenic hiking trails, lakes, Cooperstown, Delhi, Franklin, Andes, Bovina, Margaretsville, Roscoe & Stamford.

Perfect get away under the stars in a sheep field in a beautifully furnished tent next to amenities & creature comforts. Located on the edge of town so you can walk to town in minutes or drive to the lovely neighboring towns with lots to do. Even just staying in is comfy, memorable & easy with fire pit & amenities like shower, fridge, toilet easily located in the barn. For a couple, a small group of friends, great restful sleep for hikers or hunters, or a family, it's just the right amount of camping.
