Dog Friendly and Fully Fenced!! This rustic 600 square-foot cabin with a semi-private bedroom and a fold-out couch can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. The bathroom and kitchen both have modern amenities. There's a wood stove but also electric heat and AC and hot water. Huge sliding glass doors open up to a wrap-around porch. No TV, but Wifi. It sits on 5 wooded acres and nearly a full acre of cleared land is fenced, making it safe for dogs to run off leash. The house sits within the fenced in acre so you can conveniently open the doors and let your dogs run free. There is one visible house across the street from the front of the cabin but it feels very private in the back of the house. There is a firepit. There are two outbuildings onsite that are not available for rent at this time. The cabin is 20 mins from Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Mountain House, and 35 mins from Kingston, New Paltz, Gardiner, Phonecia and Woodstock. Local restaurants of note include Mill and Main, Roughcut Brewing, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Farms, and Harana. We live in the chalet next door where we offer small group fitness classes most days of the week. Ask us for more info if you're interested.This cabin has been a labor of love for us for more than a decade. We bought it when we (and our dogs) NEEDED space away from NYC. Putting up the fence for our pups to run free while we renovated the house weekend by weekend was our first project. It's still very much a work in progress and we've since moved upstate full-time to the house next door - and had a (human) baby. Things have changed a lot but we're thrilled to now be able to provide a little getaway for people AND their dogs. We know hard it is to find dog friendly (and more importantly, dog safe) rentals out there.

not private.. beds are not good ..
Over all did not have a great experience didn't last 18 hours in the camp the bed was terrible couldn't sleep all night .. and the no shades was also not great cabin had many window with no privacy .. will not be staying there again

The 👑 cabin !
Queen's Cabin was a great experience! Loved the welcoming and illuminating vibe. The presentation and organization was excellent. Sara's guidance was helpful from start to finish as well as her recommended places to eat. Definitely check out INNESS! Am glad I picked this place for my first time glamping experience. Would visit again!

Loved my time at Queen’s Cabin: it was very quiet, and the cabin itself was very well appointed. Great kitchen, and the shower had good water pressure. My dog LOVED being able to roam the land to sniff and explore to her heart's content. Very dark skies, with an incredible view of the stars! Already planning another trip back!

Even better than expected!
Absolutely love this place and will most likely be back. They do have everything you could possibly need and a little more. The dogs also loved it and we loved seeing them enjoy themselves. Truly felt like a home away from home.

Magical dog friendly cabin!
We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin. The place was peaceful and well outfitted. Loved how dog friendly everything was. Sara and Ben were great hosts and everything was very smooth. The nearby state parks and nature were great!
