Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Our property features 6 acres of woods surrounding a 40,000 SF clearing to enjoy all luxuries under the sun and moon. Set back 250 feet off the road behind a 50's era farm gate you can find the camp area. Enjoy morning breakfast among the birds and insects. Trails along the property allow for quick relaxing fitness circuit and exercise under the tree canopy. An outdoor kitchen area and seating provide outdoor eating under a covered roof. Bathroom facilities are not currently available. Within a 15 - 20 minute drive of Ithaca, NY and Cortland, NY. Local shopping and nature preserves, rivers, lakes, and waterfalls give any outdoor lover plenty to explore. Enjoy a night in the downtown Ithaca area. With colleges near by the weekends are loaded with people and places to enjoy dinner and drinks at a variety of bars open till 2 am and dozens of places to choose from for a delicious and intimate dining experience. Parking is also free at the centralized located parking garage on both Saturday and Sunday.With a pitched Yurt ready to go setting up and unpacking will be a breeze. All senses will be heighten immediately with the surrounding of wildlife. Take a walk along some trails too start the immersive experience of camping off-grid. Enjoy a campfire at night and an array of stars above. With virtually no light pollution the stars are expansive. Gather with friends and/or family to build memories that last a life time, surrounded in the cradle of mother nature. The camp is part of once a 1,000 acre estate that has now been sub-divided and parceled out in various sizes. A great chance to see nature at its beauty and breathing the fresh forest air.
