Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
McCormick farms Base camp is a family run Primitive camping spot in rural Western NY, less than 10 minutes from Letchworth State Park. We do not have camper hook up but Camp site 1&2 have easy access to pull and camper in for an off grid stay! Each site is spacious, and equipped with outdoor dining , fire pit and grill.

Emily was a spectacular host. The space is excatly as described. I was in #1 & while it was adjacent to the road it was hardly noticeable. Very quite space.

Super happy.
Wonderful Stay. Perfect for parking our van and sleeping. Campfire pit was wonderful and they even had a few extra at the camsite just incase. There is a gas station that only sells 93 gas down the way. That sells icecream ! Get the “Bee sting” icecream! Soo delicious and fire wood is for sale diagonally across the road from the gas station.
