Land is located in the Adirondacks near The Ausable river there are attractions like Ausable Chasm and whiteface mountain nearby and Lake Champlain. Campsites are available on both sides of the road if any questions please ask a resident and we are a few minutes away from exit 34 Learn more about this land: Hipcampers have a variety of Attractions in the surrounding area. We are located off exit 34 turn left and there will be a sign on the right saying Perky Flowers. Your surroundings attractions are whiteface mountain lake placid Ausable Chasm. LAKE Champlain Wildlife Reserve in Wilmington and even on our own property Nature walks and access to the Ausable River where you can fish swim even hike.Hipcampers have a variety of Attractions in the surrounding area.
