Have you ever wanted to camp in an idyllic setting, but with all the modern comforts? Our glamping site sits right by the Ausable river with a beautiful view of the Jay Covered Bridge from your deck The spacious tents are 16' x 20' on the inside, with an 8-ft covered deck extension. Inside is a comfortable sitting area and a king bed. The tents have two windows on each side, with mosquito netting on the gable ends for airflow. Power is provided by a 500 watt hour battery. Bathroom- The glamping tent has a dedicated bathroom from the outdoor entrance on our other rental, the covered bridge cottage. Please be quiet when using this bathroom and keep showers within posted hours as to not disturb the guests in the cabin. Cooking- Pots and pans are provided along with a Coleman 2 burner camp stove and grill for cooking. these are located under the pergola adjacent to our house. Water- We have a refillable 5 gallon water cube which can be refilled at the garden shut off. There is no running water at the tent, but plenty of options on property to refill. Guest access Upon arrival please park in the spot designated for the glamping tent in front of the split rail fence. From here walk to the left of the fence down down the lawn to the tent. Please be advised the walk is about 150 feet on the lawn to get to the tent sites. If you are arriving with multiple cars, one will need to be parked at the Jay Green. That's about 100 ft from our driveway. Feel free to explore our sprawling and beautiful property. The trail to the riverside area gives you one of the best views in the Adirondacks, looking down the Ausable River at the covered bridge.The spacious tent from Colorado Yurt company measures 16x20 ft on the inside with an 8 ft covered porch. The tent is just feet from the Ausable River and the iconic swimming hole at the Jay covered bridge. The tent overlooks a beautiful long grass wetland with the covered bridge in the distance.

Top Tier!

This has to be one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed. Located just outside of the Adirondacks, very quiet and spacious. I was provided a tour of the property and even some great recommendations to local restaurants upon arrival. The area was extremely neat and clean, overall a fantastic stay. Thanks again!

This is a beautiful, well-cared for spot with gracious and attentive hosts. The tent set up is definitely glam with a comfortable bed, table and chairs, and sheltered porch. Wild flowers abound, the sound of the river lulls you to sleep. Bathroom is clean with hot water, shower. Friendly, welcoming, responsive and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend.

Glamping in paradise

This place is a slice of heaven. Right down beside the river, it is so relaxing. I sat on the deck watching lightening bugs and listening to all the sounds of nature. The term tent does not do this justice! It is huge, with a very comfortable king size bed and everything I needed. Made even better with the lovely shower! I loved looking at the stars beside the camp fire. I will be coming back regularly to reset

Beautiful Stay!

Our stay in the tent was incredible. The location of the tent is perfect. The king bed was so comfortable and the tent was beautifully decorated. It sits right on the edge of a wetland with lots of wild life. The beautiful covered bridge waterfalls and swimming hole is just beyond. We really didn't leave the site because it was so captivating. The covered porch was perfect for our morning coffee and yoga. The owners have also planted a small vineyard up the hill. It was very interesting talking to them about their plans for it. Eleri and Caleb were very helpful in showing us the property and giving us the lay of the land. The tent has a dedicated bathroom with exterior entrance in the guest house which was a great perk. We can't say enough about this spot. It is the most beautiful spot we have stayed in the Adirondacks!

A little piece of heaven!

What a breathtaking spot right by the jay covered bridge.! This was a perfect getaway to recharge my soul. The moving waters at the base of the tent and the wildlife were a perfect way to reconnect. The tent is seriously luxurious in its decoration and comfort. I am not the most adventurous camper, so the dedicated bathroom was perfect. The tent opens up and has mesh screens which allow the air to pass and you to feel like you are almost planted in the middle of this beautiful spot. Caleb and Eleri were extremely helpful and gave me some great local recommendations for meals and things to see. I can't recommend this place more highly to people who want to glamp as well as more adventurous campers. Perfect in every way!!
