Beautiful 4 acres located only 10 minutes from downtown Oneonta. We have three ponds on site, plenty of wildflowers, and a view of the mountains. Enjoy walking along the property and spotting the many rabbits, woodchucks, and chipmunks that make our property special. You may also spot some deer or turkeys!
You can fish in the ponds, or watch for turtles and newts. We're about an hour away from Binghamton, 45 minutes to Glimmerglass lake, one hour to Albany, and 30 minutes to Cooperstown.Bring your RV to Hutchison Meadows and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Our property hosts three ponds which attract a myriad of wildlife including ducks, turtles, woodchucks, deer, turkey, and rabbits. You're welcome to fish in the ponds or bring a floatie and enjoy the sun! You can also enjoy the small cabana located next to one of our ponds. This cabana has a few picnic chairs as well as a barbeque. There is a small firepit located next to the cabana. We are about .5 miles away from a local Audubon society, so we receive many unique bird visitors on the property. You'll enjoy peace and quiet while being only ten minutes away from downtown Oneonta which is filled with quaint shops and delicious restaurants! The property is about 40 minutes to Cooperstown, 1 hour to Albany, 1 hour to Binghamton. Tent campers are welcome!
We do live in a small neighborhood, therefore we ask that all campers respect noise levels and be mindful of our neighbors.
