Golden Pond is a 4 acre parcel that shares the pond waters with the Hancock Golf and Country Club. The Golf Course is just right across the pond, but you are also in your own private territory on our side. The property itself is near Route 17 (Future 86), so you will hear the highway but you will not see it. The property is also near the Village of Hancock, ride a bike there or a very short trip by car. Given the proximity to the highway and town, this is a good location for those looking to camp near but not next to the amenities in the village.This site is 4 acres of private camping for you to enjoy. Given the proximity to the highway (17/86), you will hear trucks and jake brakes on occasion! However, it's still very beautiful and close to many amenities. You can camp anywhere you like within the 4 acres. There is a hard-pack bluestone driveway for you to drive on.
