It’s an 1830’s Early Settlers Farmstead situated within 30 acres of an old Christmas Tree Farm. Learn more about this land: We are located on 30 acres of tree lined fields and open skies, with mowed paths to walk. Great sunsets and star gazing. We are located 2 miles from the village of East Aurora. The village has many restaurants, shops and breweries.  Knox state park is 2.5 miles from us where Borderland Music festival takes place. An amazing event.We have 30 acres for you to relax, hike and star gaze. The village is two miles away. Many great restaurants, bars, 42 North Brewery, and shops. A communal camp fire in the evenings with music so bring your instruments! We will also offer shuttles to and from Borderland festival several times throughout the day and then again in the evening. We do have an Australian shepherd who is very friendly and social. Please do not feed him. We are always available to answer any questions. Thank you

Wonderful Hosts and Hipcamp
I actually did not stay here it was my daughter and her friends. My daughter said this Hipcamp was wonderful. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. There was a music festival nearby and the hosts offered rides to and from for a small fee. They also had port o pots on site for this weekend and an electric stand to recharge cell phones. My daughter said she would absolutely recommend this Hipcamp and would stay here again if in the area.

Camping for Borderlands
Our Hosts were very accomadating at giving us a spot that was suitable Karen and her daughter Ashley were so nice and the provided shuttle for a small extra charge was a life saver!

Highlight of our year
This is by far the best hipcamp experience ever. Karen and Wilson, along with their daughter, are the ultimate hosts. We have stayed with them the past two years for the Borderland Festival. The land is beautiful with a lovely walking trail and pond. Our kids have an amazing time playing with their dogs and going for gator rides. The provided facilities are really well maintained and clean. And the shuttle service for the festival is so convenient and a fun ride. We love staying with them and this is truly a highlight of our year that we look forward to. We will be back every year as long as they'll have us!
