The property is 5 miles west from downtown Geneva, and 10 miles east from Canandaigua. Sits on 6.8 acres, right on the country side, but very close to everything. We have a small hobby farm with some very cute and friendly goats, chickens, ducks and a mini pig. We also run an outdoor grill Friday & Saturday. We have some picnic tables, hammocks and a fire pit for our guests. We offer breakfast. We are proud of our cooking, hard-work and hospitality.The property is 5 miles west from downtown Geneva, and 10 miles east from Canandaigua. Sits on 6.8 acres, right on the country side, but very close to everything. 7 minutes to Geneva, Seneca Lake / Finger lakes Welcome center. We are only 10 minutes from CMAC and 14 minutes from Lincoln Hills Farms. We have some picnic tables, hammocks and a fire pit for our guests. Also a shared bathroom at the barn. We are proud of our hospitality and our hobby farm animals.

Lovely spot with fun goats!

It was so lovely! They have a little pond with goats and chickens (surrounded by a fence) and some friendly dogs! It was so peaceful and comfortable there. And they are trying to make a go of having more small events and groups. They are friendly, accommodating and I absolutely recommend this place!

Great space, love the chickens. The bathroom and shower are a nice addition when camping. I would definitely stay again.
