The property is 5 miles west from downtown Geneva, and 10 miles east from Canandaigua. Sits on 6.8 acres, right on the country side, but very close to everything. We have a small hobby farm with some very cute and friendly goats, chickens, ducks and a mini pig. We also run an outdoor grill Friday & Saturday. We have some picnic tables, hammocks and a fire pit for our guests. We offer breakfast. We are proud of our cooking, hard-work and hospitality.The property is 5 miles west from downtown Geneva, and 10 miles east from Canandaigua. Sits on 6.8 acres, right on the country side, but very close to everything. 7 minutes to Geneva, Seneca Lake / Finger lakes Welcome center. We are only 10 minutes from CMAC and 14 minutes from Lincoln Hills Farms. We have some picnic tables, hammocks and a fire pit for our guests. Also a shared bathroom at the barn. We are proud of our hospitality and our hobby farm animals.

Mike received me very well. The directions to get there were perfect. Very clean and very quiet place. Good WIFI. Clean bathroom. THANKS

Great space, love the chickens. The bathroom and shower are a nice addition when camping. I would definitely stay again.

We loved the land and the accomodations are amazing. Very roomy and easy to maneuver, even when it's raining.

Overall didn’t feel like it was shown as the photos, hosts were extremely nice and responsive! Hot shower in barn was nice but you are located off the highway which was very loud.

Highly recommend!
Great little spot!! Easy to find. Only 5 min from town, yet secluded/private - only 1 other camp site. Michael kindly greeted me when I arrived, even though it was late/dark. The shower/bathroom is a huge plus! And the goats are the absolute sweetest 😊

Petting zoo included
This was a great place to stop for the night when approaching the Finger Lakes region from the west. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, as were the goats, dogs, cat and hens. Even the rooster and I got along, though we did have a sight difference of opinion on when to get up. :-) My only suggestion is to bring along a pair of foam earplugs since they do live fairly close to a busy road with a lot of trucks (I sleep lightly). Recommended!
