The property is a secluded suburban home with a large parking pad that has been set up to host 2-3 large rvs. This includes 30/50 amp electric, water, sewer, and Wifi. Aside from the parking pad there is no access to the rest of the property or amenities.. the main attraction here is the central location for rv’ers looking for long term stays at a full hook up site in Long Island since there arent any options in this area.Centrally located in the upscale suburban neighborhood in Long Island known as Garden City. On nearby 7th st you will find excellent dining, nightlife, family activities, shopping (Roosevelt field mall is an excellent experience), & more. Long island railroad is a 3 minute drive and the train is only 30 minutes from Manhattan & Madison Square garden. Local buses and parkways/highways are also close. Beaches are only 15 minutes away. Citifield, UBS arena, nassau colliseum, & other venues very close! Perfect location to be close to city, beaches, and set up camp to enjoy everything Long Island is famous for. Great option to work remotely from also.
