Creekside retreat. Quite little area with creekside access nestled in a large Sycamore grove. Secluded camping areas with a common outhouse plus optional shower. Less than a mile from Wiscoy falls. Less than 20 minutes from Letchworth state park. The premier fly fishing stream in western NY with loads of native trout.

Cool Creek Spot
Tent ·
Cool spot right on Wiscoy Creek. I regret not bringing my fishing pole! Plenty of flat spots to set up tents. I'll be back in the warmer months and will rent out both spots and bring a few friends. Tons of firewood to gather right on the forest floor. I cut up a few logs the beavers got to and had plenty of firewood in addition to a little I brought with me.

This is a fantastic spot adjacent to Wiscoy Creek. It is peaceful, and there are no issues. There is lots of natural firewood on the ground, and the sycamore bark on the forest floor is a fantastic firestarter. The host was an excellent communicator and very accommodating. A five-minute bike ride (two minutes by car) to Wiscoy Falls for a great swimming spot to cool off on a summer day. We would stay again.

This was such a cool campsite to stay at! The view of the water was amazing and it is only 20 minutes from Letchworth State Park! Arriving there and finding the site was a little challenging, but we figured it out! I loved being surrounded by nature and being able to hear the water from our tent! For future guests: after driving over the bridge, it is the very first right with a gravel driveway. You will then have to park and walk past the campers along the path lined with lights to your campsite.

Camp creek life - stayed 2 dsys

We loved tent camping on Chris's land... there were 2 other tent sites there far enough apart where you still have privacy. Be prepared to walk to the camp site, you can't pull car to site, but there is plenty of parking near camp area with trailers.... the camp was a little hard to find but Chris was very responsive and stayed on the phone with me till I found it. Very nice spot if you want privacy
