Site 3 High Meadow
Perfect!
The campsite was perfect! We had our dog in tow and the meadow was the best spot because she had so much space to run around and play fetch. The walk to the campsite is totally do-able too. The outhouse isn't too far away too. We didn't hear a peep from others camping at the other campsites either. It was a great night of camping!

Site 3 High Meadow
Had an absolutely lovely stay at Michael's! They seem to have everything aligned perfectly for a smooth stay. Most of the campsites are a short walk away from the parking area, but they have multiple wagons that can be borrowed to bring all your belongings in one trip. The outhouses were very clean and were stocked with sanitary wipes, lamps and sealed toilet paper. The grounds themselves were beautiful and well kept and Michael is an absolute pleasure to chat with!

Site 3 High Meadow
Best for people w/ very little gear
I want to start off by saying how incredibly nice the hosts are to their guests. The sites are all really remote (except for the pond site) so if you’re looking for privacy, this is a great place to camp! The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We arrived in the evening and couldn’t find our site so we stayed at site #2. The map could be better. I would also recommend they put up signage. I did eventually find site 3 the next day after 2 attempts. There are multiple trails off the main trail and nothing is marked. The only obvious sites are the pond site (super cute but very close to the house and everyone has to walk by your site), site #2, and the A frame. After the pond site, it becomes increasingly hilly. If you have a lot of gear, as we did, I would not recommend anything past site #2. That said, we later learned that Michael will take your gear up and back to all the sites, for a fee. Site 3 is gorgeous. There’s a great little flat area for 2 - 3 tents and then a large, gently sloping grassy area. The only wifi is near the house, which has it’s pros and cons like everything. For example, we couldn’t play music, but then again, neither could anyone else, so it was very quiet all weekend, which was actually really nice.

Site 3 High Meadow
The Meadow site was gorgeous, well-maintained and secluded! We did a hike at the Giant Ledge trailhead nearby, taking it to Panther Mountain which had great views and was a solid 6.5+ mile hike (we diverged from the path quite a few times making it about an 8 mile hike). Once we arrived at the site, Michael was there to greet us and had carts available for the hike up. Be sure to pack light as it is mostly uphill. Worth it, if you prefer some privacy! There is firewood on the site (first one was included, the rest are $10 a bundle), but it was very nice having it right there for convenience. Be sure once you are in the meadow, to head away from the campfire to get a glimpse at the stairs. They were incredible! All in all, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this site!

Best place ever!!
My go to place in the Catskills. Every things is available, though most importantly it is truly secluded, quiet, and your in the middle of nature.
