5.5 acres on raw land that is in the process of being developed. Our family home is to be built here someday, and for now, we are inviting campers to tent here. The lay of the land has lots of Rock Walls, small streams, a small pond, and a one mile drive to Grafton Lakes State Park. Because there this is to be our future home, there is a shipping container on the property and a newly built shed that holds my garage items. There is newly laid crushed bluestone on the driveway and parking space next to the tent site.Tent Site 1 is just off the driveway next to the flowers. Tent site 2 is near the picnic bench. All other sites are wherever you wish to camp on the property. Tables and chairs are provided. Fire pits are provided at each tent site. No port o Johns. Bathrooms are located one mile up the road at Grafton State Park. No water source for showering. Site is 5.5 acres and is to be our future home build. Next to the driveway is a newly built shed, (for future glamping rentals; stay tuned) and a blue shipping container that holds my garage items temporarily. Property has ample space for walking, exploring, and enjoying a super quiet neighborhood. Plenty of trees, rock walls, and a few streams. Attention RV ers: You must have a 4x4 truck to pull your trailer because the driveway gravel is loose. The driveway has a slight decline. If you don’t have 4x4 your RV will get stuck.

Tent
The tent sites were very easy to find and were very comfortable! The tables and chairs were also a nice addition next to the campfire. The trees and views were beautiful and the location was awesome!

Nice plot of land, thank you for sharing it :) Very close to the neighbors and the road, but it was a dead end and not busy at all. It was a decent spot to sleep, but not much more.

This campsite was private and quiet with lots of nature all around. It's well paved and easy to walk around and explore. It had all the amenities we were looking for.

Roberto's directions were great. His place was very easy to find. I got there well after dark and the two tent sites were very easy to find. A nice quiet spot to see the stars!
