Welcome to this unique private off grid cabin carefully designed and built for a special and cozy Western Catskills experience! The cabin features a wood stove, outdoor shower, incinerator toilet, outdoor grill, deck, fire pit and plenty of parking. It it located in Andes near the famous Palmer Hill lookout, just 5 minutes from Downtown.Welcome to this unique private off-grid cabin carefully designed and built for a special and cozy Western Catskills experience! The cabin features a wood stove, seasonal outdoor shower, incinerator toilet, outdoor grill, deck, fire pit and plenty of parking. It is located in Andes near the famous Palmer Hill lookout, just 5 minutes from Downtown. Fresh sheets, potable water, TP, and cabin firewood included. USB Type A/3.0 ports available in the cabin for phone charging or low voltage devices. PLEASE NOTE: 1)It helps when requests for booking come from Hip Camp accounts with full profiles and positive reviews! 2)There is no cell service in Andes. Wi-Fi can be found in town at all of the local businesses, or in neighboring Margaretville or Delhi. 3)FREEZING NOTICE: The outdoor shower will be shut off for the winter but may be re-activated depending on periods of warm weather in late fall or early spring weather. There is NO RUNNING WATER and all water must be brought in.

Don’t miss this hidden gem! Best of both worlds, camping + comfort! Alessandro & Sarah are the most charming of hosts! Super helpful and thoughtful with their hospitality. Take a run 🏃🏻‍♀️, star gaze by the fire pit, walk Palmer Hill Trail or spend the afternoon in Andes with fabulous restaraunts & shops! I WILL be coming back! 🥰

The view leading up to Alessandro’s land and the location are wonderful! There is a trail nearby that seems to be popular with beautiful views of the mountains!
