Possum Hollow Camp
All positive, however, some people baulked at the fee and on principal, decided not to come. Perhaps Hipcamp could charge less to make the fees more attractive. To my knowledge, at the time, Wunglebung's fee is $18/person/night and Hipcamp charge an extra $6/person/night (25% of the total fee) which totals $24/person/night.

Drovers Rest Camp
The river is very picturesque. Plenty of platypus in the river. The camping is very remote with a drive that takes 50 minutes from Tenterfield and very windy road. We towed a 14th of road van and it was no problem. Plenty of flies as the cattle roam all around you.

Kookaburra Camp
What a beautiful spot! Peaceful, quiet and surrounded by nature. The river on one side and the mountains on the other, you can’t go wrong. The facilities are always clean. Great place to unwind and slow down. A campfire at night, what more do you need. I love it!

Kingfisher Camp
Fantastic Camp
What a great spot, if you like camping/caravaning by yourself this is the spot for you. With limited sites we’ll spread apart, you’ll feel like you have the place to yourself. The trip in from Tenterfield does seem like it takes forever, trust Sarah’s advice you’ll get there eventually. The river is beautiful and clear, we were fortunate to see multiple Platypus play and foraging right beside our site (Kingfisher). The amenities are large and clean, with hot showers which is a treat. Would highly recommend.
