Omadale Brook offers creek side camping at its best! Crystal clear, snow laced water, with amazing vista, wildlife a plenty and serenity. Find a peaceful place at Omadale Brook to camp and relax off grid. Great to stop and unwind or use as a base camp for 4WD to explore the stunning Barrington Tops including the famous Aussie Ark. The Historical Victoria Hotel is located just 13kms down the road, in Moonan Flat. Omadale is a historical Brook (nee Creek for those not of Scottish decent), originating in the heart of the Barrington Tops at Pole Blue, flowing down to meet the mighty Hunter River, the camp site is located at the bottom of the Brook just before it meets the Hunter River. You can set up on either site as a group or simply as a single camper.

Site 2 - Omadale Brook Camp

Beautiful spot, well maintained, right on the brook. Peaceful with no interruptions. Some excellent bird life. Gavin and Lucy are really nice people. Looking forward to going back in the near future. 👍

Site 1 - Omadale Brook Camp

Amazing location- beautiful and very peaceful. When we arrived our site was waiting and ready with the grass mowed and some fire wood ready for us to get started. We will be back for sure - thanks Gavin and Lucy for having us.

Magical Oasis by the brook

We had an amazing stay at this campsite, It was the perfect combination of quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, with the soothing sound of running water from the crystal clear brook. Gavin & Lucy the hosts were fantastic, providing clear directions and helpful information about both the site and the local area. The campsite itself was big enough for a large group, and very private making it feel like our own little retreat. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return to this beautiful spot. Gavin and Lucy keep the site very tidy. The camping area was mowed and tidy on arrival. It was such a pretty campground, we loved it.

Site 1 - Omadale Brook Camp

Peaceful, private campsite.

This is the perfect site for anyone who wants to be left alone. The site is tidy, peaceful and extremely well kept. There are no other campers in sight, and the creek is a beautiful soundtrack to listen to all day and night. We will definitely be back. 10/10
