Nothing like it. This cottage is privately set above the 169 acre property with amazing view to Mt Warning and small view to ocean. Cottage has 1 bedroom, however there is a pull out lounge in lounge/dining room which would make it small. Has a kitchen with fridge and a with combustion stove. Bathroom/toilet, lounge/dining area, front patio to enjoy views. We provide a gas bbq for your use. It is a unique cottage operating off the grid but very classy. Access to cottage is via owner's vehicle due to road access but nothing dangerous. Has a wonderful bushwalking track around the 169 acres. At bottom of property there is a dam for swimming and kayaking. Excellent bike riding track nearby only a 2 minute ride to Rail/Trail which runs from Murwillumbah to Yelgun. Close to cafes and shops. 15 minute drive to beach. Byron Bay 25 mins drive. Take a chance and stay here. You will not be disappointed. People that have stayed here has commented on the uniqueness and beauty of it.This very private and romantic cottage is situated at the top of 169 acres with amazing views to Mt Warning and snippet of ocean. Byron Bay 25 mins. Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen size wood carved bed, and facility for sleeping 2 more on a pull out lounge. Cottage has full kitchen with fridge, combustion stove, small gas portable stove and bbq is also provided. Bathroom/Shower. Beautiful front patio where you can sit and enjoy the views. Property has dam with beach entrance for swimming and kayaks are provided for use on the property. Some life jackets provided. Swing set also. A fantastic hiking track around the perimeter of 169 acres ( approx 2km). Lodgers will be transported to cottage. Lodgers vehicle will be provided with undercover car park. Close to Rail Trail which runs from Murwillumbah to Yelgun. 2 minute bike ride from property to entrance onto Rail/Trail. 15 minute drive to beach. Close to fantastic cafes and shops.
