Billy'O Bush Retreat is a rural property of 250 acres, 4km from Wongarbon and 25km from Dubbo. Set on top of a hill, it offers fantastic views of the surrounding farmland. This property features both privacy and the beauty of the bush as well as unique amenities and outbuildings. We offer a variety of options in both accommodation and event venue hire. Billy'O is only a short drive from Dubbo, home to Taronga Western Plains Zoo and Old Dubbo Gaol and is in close proximity to mountain bike tracks, a frisbee golf course, the beautiful Macquarie River and picturesque parks. We offer a range of accommodation options including un-powered and powered sites for RVs, caravans, camper trailers and tents. We also offer a unique Bag 'n Swag experience, a rustic yet modern, fully equipped Shearer's Hut and our on-site Cook's Caravan. We accept no more than 6 bookings at any time, so crowding will never be a problem. We hope to provide you with unique accommodation, warm hospitality and plenty of things to do

Unpowered Camping Site with Shared Amenities
An absolutely amazing place with wonderful hosts Mark and Noah. The perfect spot to relax, enjoy the views and to explore Dubbo and surrounds. Highly recommended!

Unpowered Camping Site with Shared Amenities
When we arrived I had received such a surprise Whoa how fantastic is this place. The area is very dry with the drought so do not expect green grass, but the retreat makes up for this. There is a dip pool which is cool and refreshing for the kids and next to this is a bar filled with nice cold beer

If your looking for good clean facilities, a good base to explore area around Dubbo to Wellington, this is the perfect place to do it from. Great place Mark, thanks Al & Gloria.

Powered Camping Site with Shared Amenities
Such a great place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Mark’s unique property and loved the evening fireplace. Hot water was awesome and the camp kitchen really useful. Although we only stayed overnight in our camper trailer we could have easily stayed a few more days.

Marks place is amazing, and he is a wonderful host! I was proably one of the most boring guests to have ever stayed, but it was in no way a reflection on the quality accommodation. I encourage everyone to expirence this unique property Mark has created. I hope to return in the future

We found a gem in Billy’o Bush Retreat! What a fantastic place Mark has built, from the moment we arrived until we left the hospitality was 5 star. The facilities are fantastic and very well maintained. Our daughter loved everything about Billy’o and is already asking when can we go back!
