This unique cultural experience in a spectacular setting is a once-in-a-lifetime vacation off the high road to Taos. Grass pasture/orchard farm with private river - in Cundiyo, NM - 24 miles North of Santa Fe, NM on highway 84/285 and highway 503. Cundiyo is a unique, secluded Northern New Mexico farming community. 18-acre farm -classic western freestone stream runs through the property, and we own both sides of river for approx. 1/2 mile. A series of grass pastures/meadows are flood irrigated from the river via traditional Acequias. There are sturdy footbridges over the creek. Fruit trees and grass, glades of oak trees and stands of cottonwood. The banks of the creek are shaded by Alder and Willow trees. There is a simple treehouse and a zipline near one young orchard.
